Pulse Cleaning
Pulse cleaning systems clean the filter cartridges with a short and intense burst of compressed air delivered through a pulse valve into the inside of the filter cartridges. At a pressure of 4-6 bar, the compressed air is released from a header tank through the valve with an opening time of 100-300 mm/s. This shock effect dislodges dust particles from the outside of the filter media.
To prevent a high-pressure drop across the filter cartridges and to extend their lifespan, short bursts of compressed air are used to remove dust and particulate matter from the filter surfaces effectively. This method ensures continuous and efficient filtration by maintaining a low-pressure drop and prolonging the operational life of the filters.
